Club Culinaire of French Cuisine is a non-profit organization whose members comprise some of the most influential French and French-influenced chefs, pastry chefs, cooks, sommeliers, restaurant owners and purveyors in Southern California. The Club is dedicated to educating the public about French cuisine and products and the changing face of French cuisine.
